The festival's focus is to bring together talented filmmakers from diverse backgrounds, thus creating a "United" showcase of creative energy and talent.

Tulsa United is proud to present the highly-anticipated Tulsa premiere of "Strictly Background", the award-winning documentary about real life movie extras trying to make it big in Hollywood. This charming and heartfelt feature length film will take place on opening night and will kick things off in style!

Plus Tulsa United has another Tulsa premiere lined up - the critically acclaimed documentary,
"Strong Enough To Break", which will screen closing night. This film documents the struggles and tension that drove Tulsa's very own, Hanson, to leave their major label record company and take a huge risk by starting their own label.

There will be a Q&A with the Filmmakers after each film.

The United Film Festivals were invited to the Kansas International Film Festival this past September to screen 90 minutes of short films which will consist of a "Best Of" from this year's festivals.
